Descriptions provided as follows: "Dark crown contrasting with olive-green upperparts and flesh-coloured legs ruled out all the other possible leaf warblers except Sakhalin. The bird was also no more than 30 cm off the forest floor. Subsequently, brief views as the bird circled the observer at range, never more than a metre above the forest floor.". Audio recording of the bird showed a typical call of ~6Khz that matches Pale-legged Leaf Warbler of Sakhalin. |
