| No photos or descriptions available, and not mentioned outside of the Singapore Bird Group's monthly report for Dec 2014, in which it was stated, quote: "The biggest surprise for December was the sighting of a Scaly-breasted Bulbul at Dairy Farm NP on the last day (LKK)." and "The Records Committee will have to decide on its status and where it come from.". The 2015 Records Committee report by the Bird Group did not include the verdict of this particular record although other records were explicitly rejected. No mention of this record was made in all subsequent reports from the same group either. |
