Committee's view

Background
One winter-plumaged bird reportedly flushed at Kranji Bund. Wang and Hails (2007) cites SINAV 14:4, likely incorrectly, since SINAV 14:4 would have been published in the year 2000 (but note that SINAV 14:4 is not available on the Nature Society (Singapore) website as of writing, 13 October 2021).
