Committee's view

Background
The bird was reportedly seen directly above the fish farms (in Singapore waters) east of Sarimbun Island. ID features: Not a Greater Frigatebird based on the triangular patch of white on the belly. Probably a female juvenile Lesser Frigatebird based on the pink bill, Christmas Island Frigatebird would have a longer looking bill.
