| The photograph was initially posted on Bird Sightings but later retracted by the original observer. Considering the timing of the record (during the COVID-19 pandemic), the committee agreed that this was a reasonable reason to withdraw the photos from the public domain, to avoid crowds. The photo, taken with a mobile phone, clearly shows rufous wings. |
