From an EIA report for the Cross-Island Line. Quite certainly a misidentified Accipiter as 1) the report cites IUCN, stating that this species is "Considered Common in Singapore" (which is incorrect - this is an uncommon to rare species locally as of 2020) and 2) later in the report the author struggles to distinguish between an Asian Brown Flycatcher and a Brown-chested Jungle Flycatcher. Date here is imprecise. |
