While the committee agreed that the occurence of a Malayan Black Magpie in Singapore is not impossible, the general consensus was that the photographs provided did not conclusively prove a record. The committee instead felt that the the possibility of a tailless Greater Racket-tailed Drongo could not be definitively ruled out. |
