Background
No descriptions in SINAV 6:4. This sighting was stated to be "most probably an escapee" in SINAV 6:4 and Wang & Hails (2007) follows that treatment. Lim (2009) treats this as a wild record. We here treat is as a wild record given that this species is known to winter in the region rarely.
