Background
No descriptions in OBC 9. Poor descriptions included in SINAV 3:1, reproduced here: "On the last occasion, it was seen fighting with an intruding adult White-bellied Sea-eagle (Singapore's largest resident raptor) and the contrast in build and wing-span well noted.".
