Committee's view

Background
No descriptions in SINAV 6:4. Reportedly thought to be a Blue-throated Blue Flycatcher initially (see Record Number 759). It is reported in SINAV 6:4 that "it is however likely to be an escapee". However in Lim (2009) - the same author who compiled the records in SINAV 6:4 - no notes on it being an escapee is mentioned.
