Blue Whistling Thrush Myophonus caeruleus
|Date range||03 Dec 2019 to 24 Dec 2019|
|Location||Fort Canning Park|
|Date added||25 Oct 2021|
|The bird was of the nominate black-billed subspecies. However it had unsually poor conditions - chipped upper mandible, unnatural tail moult in central and outer rectrices. Although discovered in a season with plenty of oddities (see Sin et al 2020 in links) we are taking a conservative stance here that the provenance of the individual is unclear.|
|Verdict||Accepted / Limbo (Verifiable)|
